Office and Case manager

More and more clients know where to find us. We are therefore looking for a versatile and enterprising colleague to assist us in case and office management.

What will you do?

In our law practice

- Administrative andsecretarial support for the lawyers;

- Preparing and compilingapplications;

- Processing incoming emails and mail items;

- Monitoring progress in the files and keeping track of the deadlines;

- Feedback of correspondence and information to clients;

- Paralegal work, such asresearching and requesting facts for substantiation and evidence;

- Preparatory legal work, such as creating the first global drafts of procedural documents.

In the office

- You are the first point of contact for parties who approach our office. Whether they are clients orsuppliers.

- You ensure that everyone in the office can do their work pleasantly and with the use of all necessaryresources;

- You take care of purchases and accounts receivable;

- You monitor order, cleanliness, and efficiency, and you dare to call others to account for theirresponsibility;

What do we expect from you?

- Self-thinking, independent, self-critical, always curious about how things can be improved,for the client, yourself and your team;

- Demonstrated experience and work attitude are what we find more important than diplomas.

- Excellent oral and written skills of English and fluent Dutch proficiency; skills in other languages are an encouragement.

- People and their backgrounds interest you more than average. You like to make new contacts, delve into their backgrounds, and build a lasting bond. In short, you are a sincere, excellent service provider.

- You work concentrated and accurately; do not shy away from forms and figures.

- You can process, arrange, remember, and articulate information well; you are not only skilled with office applications such as Microsoft Office, but you also enjoy looking for and using the possibilities yourself.

- Dynamic work also requires flexibility in working hours. Sometimes you work overtime, but conversely, we also take into account dynamics in your private life.

- You live in the Rotterdam region or a short distance from it.

- A working week of 32-40 hours;

- A one-year contract withthe intention of (being able to) extend it to an indefinite contract;

Procedure
