Casper Niemöller

Professional Support Lawyer

Casper is working at Luscuere & Wernsing as a Professional Support Lawyer since February 2026. He studied law at Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed his master's degree in financial law at Leiden University. During his studies, his main interest was the social dimension of law. Financial law focuses on strict regulation, with legal protection and the relationship between citizens and businesses and the government playing a significant role. This same dynamic is also evident in immigration law.

'With my combined experience in healthcare and financial legal insights, I can contribute to a well-functioning labor market from various perspectives.'.

Before transitioning to legal practice, Casper worked as a district nurse. This allows him to provide clients who want to work in healthcare in the Netherlands with not only legal but also practical advice on admission, recognition of diplomas, and the relevant regulations within this sector. Furthermore, Casper, partly due to his background in healthcare, is personally driven to contribute to a well-functioning labor market. His master's degree provided him with a solid foundation in administrative law and European law. He uses this knowledge daily to carefully analyze immigration law issues and effectively assist clients.
